Not the right fit? Size exchanges are easy. Here's exactly how it works.

Size exchanges — 30 days

If your belt or bag doesn't fit the way you hoped, we'll swap it for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Send the unworn item back in its original condition and we'll ship the new size out free. Return shipping — sending the item back to us — is on you. Email support@bellvari.ca and we'll send the exchange details.

Refunds

Prefer a refund? You have 30 days. Return the unworn item in its original condition and we'll refund your order. Return shipping is on you. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within a few business days.

What we can't take back

Anything worn, used, or damaged after delivery, and anything sent back after 30 days. Everyday wear and patina aren't defects — that's the leather doing its job. If something is genuinely faulty, that's covered under our lifetime warranty.
