Not the right fit? Size exchanges are easy. Here's exactly how it works.

Belt size exchanges — 30 days

Need another belt size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send the unworn, unused belt back in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. You cover the return postage; we ship the replacement size free.

For other exchanges, contact support@bellvari.ca with your order number so we can explain the available options before you send your item back.

Refunds

Prefer a refund? Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return the unworn, unused item in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is on you and is not refundable. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies can take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, contact support@bellvari.ca.

Buy-one-get-one-free belt returns

Both belts from the offer must be returned together to receive a refund. Returning only one belt does not qualify for a partial refund. The 30-day return window and condition requirements above still apply.

Complimentary Leather Care Kit

The complimentary Leather Care Kit does not need to be returned with an eligible bag return. You can keep it, even if it has been opened.

Personalized items

Custom or personalized products, including engravings and special orders, cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or the engraving differs from your confirmed design, contact support@bellvari.ca.

What we can't take back

Anything worn, used, or damaged after delivery, and anything sent back after 30 days. Everyday wear and patina aren't defects — that's the leather doing its job. If something is genuinely faulty, that's covered under our lifetime warranty.
